Hey Davy, remember that video you made a while ago about sushi rice balls, well I came up with an idea of making a sushi cupcakes which are basically made by taking a half nori sheet with rice at the top and rolling it with no filling, then you cut them in one centimeter thick slices and flipping them side ways so you can put different toppings on top. Some toppings I would recommend are salmon and tuna strips rolled into a cone shape and placed on to the roll so that the point is at the top. Please comment back: )

For my personal taste there are too many different spices and flavours in the guacamole, even if the flavours match or are enhancing each other, this is just too overpowering for me. Avocado, Lime, Tomatoes, Salt, Garlic, Toasted Sesame Seeds, Soy Sauce, Diced Onion, Garlic Powder, Onion Flakes, Cayenne Pepper Flakes, Cumin, Smoked Paprika, Dried Tomatoes, Wasabi and Coriander - Just a little much, I generally like your videos alot, though! :)

can you do a vegan- vegetarian series for sushi rolls and- since i went vegan- i miss my sushi but all my vegan varieties are lacking flavor- and my sushi rolls look like a child came in and cut with dull knives. all a total mess. also can you do a video on how to make your rolls tighter- mine keep coming apart and NOT cutting right. thank you and keep up the GOOD work- its a pleasure to watch you

Amazing, as always. But lately you have been making recipes SO complex (salmon chips, glued salmon and tuna rolls, that special two sided rolls) that I don't think anyone could replicate them. I used to watch your videos for inspiration, now I just watch them for amusement. I believe it would be great if you can show us new simple rolls, something we might dare to try to make at home: )

hi Davy. If i remember correctly you said you lived in Spain and I will likely be preparing sushi for around 15 people this Christmas in Mallorca. My question is what fish can you get fresh in Spain and the surrounding islands that would make good sushi, can you get fresh salmon and tuna or should I go for something different? Many thanks

what is that monstrous machine? whats wrong with a mortar and pestle? ;-P personnaly i much prefer the mortar, you feel closer to the ingrediants and in tune with a few milleniums of culinary traditions. And usually this guy is down with tradition and being authentic, so i was a bit surprised

I wonder if he's aware that a spoon you used for eating is not the same as a spoon used for measurement. Eating spoons very a lot in size and depth and it's hard if not impossible to tell how much you'd have to fill it to get an equal measurement to the last thing you measured.

low key. 0: 57. the music in this sounds like an 80's daytime television show. i can just picture some grizzly hero with a mullet and big biceps lurking around corners getting to the bottom of things solving crimes in an unconventional way. also. GREAT recipe: )

eyes narrow I'm playing animal crossing as i watch this and I swear the sound of a villager singing is coming from somewhere that's not in my game, so I'm pretty sure it's your music and this is long and confusing, haha.
