I LOVE this and will try to make it today. sadly I am not sure about the amount of juice for this. on my agar-agar-package is written that you need about 3-4 g for 750 ml liquid. you said you take the juice of 2 mangos and 160 ml water with 2, 4 g agar-agar and 1 g locust bean gum. could you be so kind to respond regarding the total amount of liquid and the mixing ratio between locust, agar, juice and water? thank you so much!

This is not only complicated beyond words ant totally ridiculous looking, but who wants to spend three hours shopping for and preparing this abomination. Who wants fruit sushi, kids? Let mom whip one up for you! Kids spit it out. Mom cries. Kids are sad. Tiger just sits there, looking like a tedious, time consuming, expensive pain in the ass.

It's ridiculous, the kind of criticism over here. This man has taken so much time out just to show how us how to create this work of art. Cant you guys see that? You effing try doing it yourself before asking where is the tail or why the cut is like this or that!

Are you proud of your self when it's all done and looks great and are you satisfied of your self when it's done? Because I am proud of you if I were you I would be so satisfied and proud of myself

Who on earth would like to spend hours on doing something that will end up destroying it by chewing it? Actually, That's a piece of art that should be placed in a museum not in stomach! LOL

Haha, did your tiger lose its tail? Just kidding, but I think you could've maybe used a thin strip of the gel for a tail or something, just curl it back around the plate.

i would reccoment skipping the black stripes gel and just painting them on top of the mango the way u added detail to the tigers face. that was an unnecesary step
