That looks great. I use chicken breast as most restaurants do for CTM, but only partially cook it on a grill, cube it, then cook it the rest of the way in the sauce. Otherwise it gets overdone.
Also most CTM recipes use heavy cream, which tends to curdle a bit during cooking and separate, so I'm excited to see how this works out and tastes.
I've been looking for a recipe with the cashews, that's a specific flavor you can't get any other way. Thanks for doing this recipe!
Maybe a Chicken Vindaloo with potatoes next

Looks delicious! I've never had chicken Tikka Masala so I wouldn't know how to season it correctly without ever tasting it before. Lol Being on a very tight budget, it would be a little expensive to buy all the specialty seasonings. Hopefully one day I'll be able to try this awesome recipe. Love the bread recipe with the garlic butter. yum!

I’ve made this several times. But I’m gonna give your recipe a try. Also, I never thought of using the chicken wings for Indian dishes. That’s absolutely brilliant. I’m going to do that from now on.

This looks outstanding. I have most of the seasonings, but I need to try the fenugreek leaves. I will definitely try to make this together with the naan. Your family is lucky to have you!

Looks great! I like how you don’t use cream to add too much fat to the dish as the flavor from the spices is already very delicious.
