Hey Mama! I love the videos. You explain well and the step by step is appreciated! Also every thing looks amazing! But I cannot keep my mouth shut! I couldn t believe what I saw! If you leave the condensation as you call it, (we call it all the flavor ) it will taste so much better! I promise you! Never remove all the condensed flavor! Just throw in the Fidao and toast! Girl I almost died!

Great Recipe! But I think your missing out on some great flavors when cleaning the pan after the chicken. My OPINION, the way i like doing is almost exactly the same except I the fry the fideo first then i take them out and add my meat so i get the brown bits of flavor from the bottom of the pan, then onions, then the water and fideo.

I absolutely LOVE your videos and recipes. I watch them all. but I have a problem with some tones in my hearing and I can t understand you a lot of times because of the loud music. don t mean to be rude or anything because I Love ya! But would you mind turning down the music some? Thanks!

I m going to have to try this. Growing up we always had fideo plain (but with zucchini added. Nowadays I tend to use a blanched tomato, processed, instead of canned tomato, as well as a reconstituted guajillo or a fresh serrano. Looks soooo good with the chicken.

I would leave the grease to brown the fideo. Also I like to boil the chicken and after its done I use the caldito (consome) to boil in the fideo. Puro south Texas cooking

I've made this with a combination of chorizo and hamburger mini meatballs before, but I always thought you had to brown the fideo with oil. Nice tip less greasy.
