In the spirit of serving my fellow man (not because I wanted a rich, delicious brownie, I gave it a go. All I had was almond milk, which is pretty watery, so I used 1T almond milk & 2T plain Greek yogurt. I tasted the batter and it wasn t sweet (prob because of the yogurt) so I added 1T white sugar to the recipe, in addition to the brown sugar. I nuked it for 1 min, 20 secs. How did it turn out? Moist and yummy! Would ve been great with ice cream, but I didn t have any. After I got done, I realized I had a can of condensed milk which probably would ve worked great. Next time. Thanks for the recipe!

I've cooked two of your recipes now. One semi difficult and the other easy. I'm a terrible cook but I find your videos to be thorough and easy to follow. Both of your recipes turned out amazing. Awesome! We just had it! My daughter has a sweet tooth and I have chocolate one! For me I will play with sugar amount the next time! For it's perfect! Thanks again for a quick and delicious treat!

Omg I always buy the little packets to do brownies in a mug and I ran out and have been craving brownies. So glad I have all the ingredients! Making this now!
