Today I am making sopa de fideo with chicken. This is comfort food and a childhood favorite. You can double this recipe and make a meal for 6 people. Ingredients 2 lbs chicken 1/4 tsp ground cumin 1/4 tsp black pepper 1 tsp seasoned salt 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 5 oz box of vermicelli pasta 1/2 onion 2 cloves garlic 32 fl oz water 8 fl oz tomato puree 1 1/2 Tbsp chicken bouillon powder 1/4 tsp ground cumin 1/4 tsp black pepper salt to taste 1 jalapeno (optional)
