Today I am making basic homemade chocolate chip cookies. The recipe is a combination of Toll House Cookies and Guittard's chocolate chip cookie recipe. These are gonna be basic and so good!
Ingredients
2 cups (260 g) all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 sticks (270 g) unsalted butter
1 cup (200 g) light brown sugar
1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
12 oz bag (340 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
