Today I am making a spicy smokey salsa de chile Morita in the molcajete.
Ingredients
4 chile morita
2 small tomatillos
1/2 of a small onion
2 cloves of garlic
salt to taste
Elfrunner: Oh yeah, the molcaxitl. I get these when I eat out at Mexican restaurants. One of them even had cactus in it. Very good. The salsa looks awesome. I may have to try making it sometime. Date: 2021-08-09
