Sometimes I crave McDonald's chocolate chip cookies, so I make homemade. These chocolate chip cookies have the perfect texture and chewy center. These are probably the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever made!
Ingredients
1 1/3 cup ap flour (173 g)
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1 stick of unsalted butter (113 g)
1/3 cup sugar (67 g)
1/2 cup brown sugar (100 g)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg
1 cup dark chocolate chips (175 g)
Combine ingredients, then chill in fridge for 30 minutes
Bake at 350 F/180 C for 9 to 11 minutes
Erin: Are you familiar at all with Chomarro Chip Cookies? They're made in Guam and are tiny crispy cookies that come in a brown bag (kinda like what some coffee beans are packaged in. I cannot find a recipe for these cookies anywhere. Those who say their recipe is it is NOT the same thing. They're a coconut buttery crispy cookie. PLEASE! Can YOU help me? Date: 2023-01-26
