Mark, gaziantep is a must visit when you are ib turkey. Its the city with the best food and a paradies for spicy food lovers, they love to cook spicy and its a very different cuisine from istanbul, because gaziantep is on the fron to syria, so they cook a bit like arabs but spicy, its just amazing!

I like your videos but I think you need to stop exaggerating on the reaction when you try to the food for the first time. I highly doubt every single dish you tried was worth leaning back and closing your eyes for.

I worked with a crazy Turk for about 16 years. he's since moved back to Turkey to take care of his Mom with his second wife. I think I need to go visit him. Loved that man. And he owes me a bottle of Raki.
