Turkish cuisine is more than kebabs and meat. Herbs, vegetables and fruits are the prime elements of the cuisene. There are the cuisines of the Armenians, the Greeks, the Greeks, the Georgians and many other ethnic elements living in these lands. There are also local cuisines where you can taste the food of specific regions on specific time periods. And Turkey promises quite tasty dishes from street food culture to fine dining.
I hope you will have the chance to get to know and promote the wide range of food culture in Turkey.
Cheers,

There will be only one complaint, just bring him to katmerci zekeriya instead next time. Everything else is gonna be tad inferior at least. Chef i think was an apprentice of zekeriya.
