You tried the side of Egyptian sreet food And I did it right.
But this experience is just a Very tiny part of the Egyptian Food Culture
You have to go to the rural side and try Egyptian rural food such as duck, mahshi and ros mamar (rice) And stuffed pigeons, but in a form made at home, tortillas with minced meat (rokak, kawar3, I advise you to try stuffed grape leaves with duck soup
It's another level of food.
Certainly there are many restaurants in Cairo that will make it well but trying it from an Egyptian country house is an experience from another world that will make you sleep for at least three days to digest

what it amazes me is the people who keep saying street food this street food that, bad for you bad for this and that but you look around and if you pay attention to details, THERE IS NO FLIES or any kind of insects of bugs flying around those meats. and you see them in restaurants! but not on free side of the walk
anyway still waiting for Mark to visit the Island of Madeira my birth place

Beginning was absolutely disgusting. here’s to hoping I won’t have to see anything like that again the rest of the vid. There should really be warnings for certain things so you have the option not to see it by accident. Yes I fast forwarded through it so don’t come for me, it’s my own opinion and I choose not to see animals in that condition. And yes I’m a vegetarian

I love every aspect you showed of the beautiful Egyptian cuisine, but would be lovely to show other types of restaurants. These are all popular and very nice restaurants but all in the same vibe. Maybe next time you could show some more elevated restaurants with the experience, because we can get a fuller look on the cuisine and the Egyptian diversity.

You are a really kind and wonderful person. Your smile is bright and full of positive energy. You treat people with kindness and make everyone feel comfortable. The way you present things is full of passion, and you capture every beautiful detail perfectly. You are not just a food blogger; you are a unique mix of simplicity, joy, and sincerity.

Would you try this SHOCKING food My man, every American breakfast I've ever had is mechanically separated meat byproduct from 30 different genetically modified animals slathered in corn syrup. I'm genuinely jealous at the idea of knowing that the meat you're eating actually came from an animal

Dear Mark, we are so proud to be with us in Egypt. The big secret not in the variety of our delicious food but actually in our humanity, hospitality and friendship with people all over the world. This is the land of peace and civilization, this is Egypt, you are most welcome forever my dear friend.

What the idiot with the moustache said at 1: 22 is very inappropriate, it's a shame what locals think a funny way of joking. Good on you Mark. keep the good work up buddy, how many calories do you consume on average daily and still be able to stay lean I'm shocked

I know a lot of the food it’s probably amazing. But I dislike when you pretend something is amazing when in fact it is not. Trying to sale your pitch it’s becoming saturating and unappealing. I was a huge fan but now I just watch from Time to time

Wow Egypt, about which the Messenger of God, Muhammad, said that it is the country of goodness and that its people are under protection and mercy. It is the country of mercy, love and generosity. You have illuminated your second country, Egypt.

You are right, the video doesn't make justice to the greatness of the pyramids. It is mind-blowing when you sit in front of it. I am glad that you have a better experience than Sony in Egypt. I am looking forward to going back.

No manners whats so ever. You said it was hot, but you still tried to stuff it in your mouth, then we had to see your mouth wide open and food in your mouth. Disgusting, and this is how you are teaching Micah to behave.

Is just me, or is anyone else concerned about that guys bare hands hacking those hot ceramic tagine pots!

I am from Egypt and a follower of yours. I hope you enjoyed the Egyptian food. The restaurants you visited are very historical. Greetings to you, and I hope you come back.

They made the pyramids by sliding them around the outer edges up the slopes of the pyramid. Even knowing how they did it, it's a huge project with a lot of labor.
