No. The TV Interview was awful They were totally not proffessional, they had no idea who you really are, what you do and they never watched any of your video. also, the questions they put were super awkward and idiotic. Thanks for coming in Romania, Mark

Really surprised with the variety in Romanian food. Not sure why. Looks delicious. What I love most is that in almost every central market on earth there are amazing fresh ingredients, unique foods, and great people coming together around food.

The chefs in Romania are more professional than here in Germany, I mean they work very clean. It's visible many Romanians worked abroad, because in Central-Eastern Europe usually don't see so much cleanliness and top kitchens.
