Tiong Bahru market food center is not an ideal place for foodie like yourself, basically Singapore is a glutton's Paradise there are a many places just to name a few like Toa Payoh hub Gourmet Paradise the rojak (mixed fruit salad with peanut toppings) there is out of this world, the Murtabak at ZAm Zam (North Bridge Road ) is really nice, the nasi Padang at sabar mananti (Indo Food)is another good place, Changi Village nasi Lemak, you should also try Wanton Mee, Char Kuey Tiow and Satay if you ever down in SG again tell your Host you wanna try all this. Lor Mee is common you can get it anywhere no big deal anyway Mark I enjoy watching you shows. cheers from Singapore

mark. don't ever forget to mention Ying in your intro because she is your pillar man. never lessing her role in all your travels. Please don't forget that traveling alone causes alot of stress and we see with Anthony Bourdain what happened. you are very lucky to have a wife that is with you through out your travels. Take care and love each other everyday more and more with each expirience.

After watching this video i would suggest u mark sir, Ying should also do a combine video with u, When u r having u r food she can give the presentation of that particular dish at that restaurant. My favorite food in tiong bahru market is the HUI JI FISH BALL NOODLE. The noodle there is to die for, esp the sambal that comes with it. Im sure you will add more sambal to it Mark. Look for stall #2-44, the old auntie always wear plastic boots while working
