Looking to add a little spice to her life, host Felix Fang heads to Guelaguetza-a Oaxacan oasis in the middle of Los Angeles-to explore the amorous pairing of sweet, smoky mezcal and rich homemade mole. The Lopez family shows her how to work the metate and grind all 21 ingredients into a complex, traditional mole sauce before heading to the bar to sip mezcal and munch on crunchy chapulines (spicy toasted grasshoppers) before dinner. Felix comes to explore the romantic potential of this classic combo, but leaves with more than she bargained for: a marriage proposal. Stee chi beu!

Great restaurant, if your into pork try the pigs feet. I know some of you will say what Pigs Feet. But yea try them you will be amazed. Also I love Long Islands I know there not Oaxacan drinks but they make some of the best ones I've ever had in this place. This restaurant is located in Korea Town or K-town.

Oaxacan culture. inviting 40 of your closest friends to your apartment to listen to circus music and get shit faced drunk while 20 anchor babies scream in front of your neighbor's door. Then act like anyone complaining is racist coz you're just a poor Oaxacan living the American dream and don't know any better.

Forget burittos and tacos Mole is real Mexican food. Many people don't realize that these are all pre colombian food and drinks these recipes are centuries old. If you ever get the chance to try Mole do it there is nothing that taste's like it, but try it from a real authentic place.

Hmm. For being a Oaxacan women, Bricia looks pretty nice. FYI in Mexico, Oxacan people are known for being ugly LOL. Short, chubby, very dark, big heads, and with more predominant Amerindian features. It's true, actually. -Her mother looks average, but not bad considering her age.

Another great video, Felix! Love mole with a passion. I am left with the phrase -luxurious creamy love sauce- lingering in the corners of my mind. You rock my world!

Mezcal doesn't make you any more horny than a nice bourbon or vodka will. And mole is an aphrodisiac? That's news to me. What a dumb episode.
