Culture is a funny thing to observe. I see some aspects from a culture that are so very right, tarnished with some things that are so very, very wrong. -This Munchies guide to Wales series certainly displays such a mix. By the end of the whole series, I have seen such beautiful achievements and more potential to come, fighting alongside such a self destructive wilder nature. This is not exclusive to Wales. I see it everywhere. The demons are social and/or spiritual mysticism. The great and the good comes from all the individual spirit to push on and innovate.

It was hotter 800 years ago than today in medieval times, they had no idea of the term - fossil fuel -, 800 years, so why was it warmer than today? Well as it turns out there's this thing that happens to planets in the Milky Way called - climate change -. For instance, we've been a - snowball - planet twice in 4. 5 billion years. That's like covered in ice, like some of the - Ice Giant - planets we see with our telescopes. It goes up and down all the time, has done for the history of the planet. Fact.

Kinda something to not do. ---0: 11 - The Romans used to call them. blahhhh well never know--0: 20 - Certainly from a farming perspective, you can't really. blahh well never know. --Also, what's with the co-dependent nature of the host? Maybe find a husband in your own time and show us the food portion now.

Love how you can be nationalist in Wales, Scotland and Ireland but if you're nationalist in England you're a NAZI. -Can you imagine marching through the town center waving St George's cross and singing Jerusalem? Antifa can. -BTW f'ken love Cawl. First had it when I was at uni in darkest Ceredigion(shire) in the 80s.

Even I know what Welch rarebit is -8-) But it was fun watching her quest. The difference is that she got to try it in Wales. lucky gal. I rue the fact that I never traveled to Wales, while stationed in the UK in the early 80's. I know I would have loved it! Thanks for the lovely tour.

I mean the Welsh are pretty much a secret like they aren't Scottish nor are they British so who cares they talk funny and no one respects them but now that someone mentioned cooking I mean the English don't have any specialty that I like but Welsh rarebit does sound delicious

All very good & I do like Charlet's personality & her legs! But C'mon; be honest the series Munchies Guide to Wales or Scotland is just a pale imitation of -Floyd on Britain and Ireland- and no one, absolutely no one has a BIGGER personality than Keith Floyd.

Rarebit - substitution for poached rabbit as it was illegal. Still needed something full of protein and could fill a belly. Substitute cheese for meat and add spices and bread. Bingo
