Call me too proud and nationalist, but I really think the only people that should internationally expand Mexican food are trained and educated Mexican chefs themselves. I just can't trust any other people to do so. Not even Mexican-Americans like this Rosio Sanchez. I mean, the food I saw them make was okay, but clearly too exaggerated. Reminded me of Tex-Mex (bastardized Mexican food. It's gonna give foreigners the wrong idea about how authentic Mexican food is really like.

i love watching these no mater where they are but when they are somewhere fairly local it becomes all the more exciting, perhaps because trying the food is that much easier. -you guys should head up to thy and have a look at hanstholm madbar, a nice bonus is that the restaurant runs a small guest house so lodging is very easy.

I've been in La Hija de Sanchez two times and their tacos are simply amazing. The 3 leches popsicle is also delicious. Mexican food is by far my favorite gastronomy, and I hope to see more of this in Copenhagen in the future, because honestly, I can't stand the Kebab, and I'm getting tired of the Vietnamese and Thai monopoly.

I'm amazed on how the chef Rosio Sanchez is from Chicago and now lives in Copenhagen serving delightful Mexican food. That's what I call dreams being made. Makes me want to strive harder for what I want in life lol this was one heck of a video, loved it

I hate when people with distinct Mexican accents try to say they're from Chicago. Unless you were born on US soil, don't claim to be an American. Being born in Mexico and then moving to the US when you were 10-15 years old doesn't count.

Awesome episode! I've walked past Hija de Sanchez many times, I'll have to go and try it one of these days. Fiskebaren is great, though I prefer their sister restaurant Musling as it feels a little bit more laid back.

I really enjoyed this video. Good vibes, good food, and cool people. It seems like a wonderful place to visit. It looks like Copenhagen is a place that I need to add on my to do list.

Never heard of cooking beans with avocado leaves before. I don't think I've even seen an avocado leaf! How does it change the taste? Can you get them dried or do they have to be fresh?

I find it amazing that she moved from Chicago to Copenhagen! I also grew up in a Chicago Mexican neighborhood, La Villita, and I love seeing her bring our food across the world.

How hell did a Mexican end up in Denmark lol o___o? I want to know her back story so bad. Mostly because I'm Hispanic myself and I find it so rad that she ended up on Denmark
