I know taste is individual, but why would people add milk to a truly good coffee? Doesnt that water down all the diferent flavour layers (like water in a good whiskey)? Especially it its in big quantities like latte, or americano and whatnot. What you end up is bitter milk (maybe with sirup, so milk with caffein.

These farms are owned by the CCP's upper class. The owners and workers on this video are connected kids with rich connected parents. They won't use the money to to help the local farmers. They use nationalism to control people who can't afford to understand the difference.

i find it really interesting that these coffee farmers of the Wa minorities of Yunnan, have similar looking traditional dresses like our native Sarawak here. Just shows that we are much alike even though separated by distance, mountains, land and sea.

I swear Coffee is gonna be one of the products that saved the world. They have recently developed a way to take the used coffee grounds and get bio diesel and combustible bio mass out of it for fuel, energy and heating needs.

Nice to see that we as a nation are transitioning from being well known for heavy industry to tech, and artisanal products because of the new generation. This proves that before you know, China will become a brand new country.

Everything to them is money-- the only thing. Same with wine, buying all the first growths, no appreciation for the wine itself, only the status it brings them. Gross.

IDK I hear Chile and some other South American countries have some big plans to start their own coffee production market, maybe some surprises up their sleeves?
