I swear Clovis was mind blown on every single item lol. Though honestly can't argue man, tasting Paris firsthand, you really develop maybe even a passion for deeper foods. But honestly, try just plopping down on the grass like everybody else at the gardens of the palace of Versailles in the back. And really just taking in the sun and the rowers in the water, the birds, and the massive sculpted landscape. All while munching down on a wedge of brie and a small wheel of camembert from the fromagrie with fresh baguette from the boulangerie, washed down with a bottle of sweet rose and white vino. I have felt -the life- haha.

Can they not turn off the microphone during the abnormal chewing parts in the editing room? Like did he not have parents growing up or friends or community? Who the F eats like that? Food tastes better when you have your mouth closed (& lock in flavor) not when you look like your chewing on vomit.

Action is the type of guy who presented with a dish and 5 or so different dipping sauces, each sauce specially and painstakingly made for that dish, would mix all the sauces together in front of the chef and exclaim, -here you try this, I made this, it's so good. -

Wow, these are some of my favorite food shows ever, i am watching them all again; i first saw them around 2 years ago. I hope he does more, he has to, Action, come to Dublin we've got some great places to eat or go for a night out.

i love all bronsolinis cooking shows, but this is truly something special. its just clovis pancreas i have to worry a little about, he drinks like hes in guns and roses 1991, its not safe to drink like that.
