Those slices are thinner than a sheet of paper. I would gain more weight if I just started hyper ventilating. As an American I am pissed off at this guy for skimping out on cutting a ham like that. This guy is a cheap charlatan that tricks people out of their money. Part of eating meat is chewing the meat so it mixes with your saliva and the flavor rolls around your mouth. FOR GODS SAKE HE IS PICKING IT UP WITH SPECIAL TWEEZERS.

I used to think prosciutto di Parma was the best ham in the world, but today I tried jamon Iberico. Not knocking Parma ham because it still tastes great, but jamon Iberico is on another level entirely.

Can I just use a fillet knife if I'm cutting a mini jamon iberico at home? There's a 1 kg version I can buy from the grocery store where a portion from the leg has already been cut.

Is jamon iberico really that expensive? I go to Spain from time to time to visit my family and I always recall that. we would have it and eat on a regular. We aren't rich or anything btw.

I wish you made voiceover versions of these videos. The visuals are amazing and no matter how fast you read subtitles, you-re missing a portion of the visual aspect.

The diagram does not match how he is cutting, he starts cutting the leg from the bottom, the diagram shows to start cutting from the top? Misleading.
