I love how everyone on vice hates the host and then after a while they fall in love with them, to name a few (ive have vice and munchies since day 1 btw) matty matheson(dude used to only get hate comments about how ugly annoying and abnoxious he was, Hamilton fron the pharmacoepia show (everyone called him a crackhead, and Farideh people used to say sje could cook for shit, was annoying, wasnt funny, and were hating on her. The only person who i noticed has an interesting peesonality that was immediately loved by vice fans was Action Bronson, but you cant go wrong with his show

this is a bastardized version of a very antique neapolitan recipe, the -minestra maritata-, and it has no eggs, spinach or meatballs. One of the oldest versions need: chicory, broccoli raab, savoy cabbage, escarole and chard, for the veggies, and beef, pork sausages, pork ribbs, and if you can get it, a prosciutto bone and pigskin, for the meats.

the wedding soup gets its name i think from the flavors -marrying- so to speak, all of them coming together. the egg and cheese is from the stracciatella soup which has the same egg, cheese, and greens inside it in a beef brother or most use chicken. Wedding just has the rice in it in some versions of it and the meatballs.

This is my absolute favourite soup! My recipe is almost the same as yours but I do a mix of parmesan and pecorino in the meatballs and the eggs and i finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon which is super yummy. And if i'm feeling like i want something a bit more substantial I pour it over cooked pasta: )

Omg this is my first time to have watched this woman and I am in love. I make cooking videos and have a potty mouth too so I can really relate! As soon as she said the f word I felt like I was home. I have never put egg in my wedding soup but this looks easy so I might try it. Great job!

This video was the wholesome start of the day that I needed. Like when she calls her mom it's just the sweetest thing. Also I work at an Italian place that serves this soup, but they don't add the egg/cheese or any cheese at all, it seems like blasphemy.

Ive made egg drop soup before and. if you're adding egg to this it really should be added in advanced- not near the end. add it to the broth before the meatballs or spinach and it'll blend in better
