This episode of Chef-s Night Out features Michael White, a New York City chef renowned for his handiwork at the seafood-focused Italian restaurant Marea in Columbus Circle. Michael assembled a crew of culinary heavyweights for his eating excursion: Josh Capon, chef-owner of Burger and Barrel and Lure Fishbar, decorated hamburger champion, and newly minted pudding enthusiast; and Olivia Young, the PR rep for Michael-s restaurant group and the only person in attendance who declined to pre-game with a full serving of pasta. Michael-s itinerary took us to SriPraPhai, a Thai restaurant in Queens that's considered to be the best in the five boroughs. Then it was off to Puddin-, an East Village dessert hut, before the last stop of the evening at Osteria Morini

these guys are awesome. they're just out for some food and fun. Some of the other chefs you've had on more recently seem more focused on how cool they look, or their restaurant friends are, etc. that it sometimes feel the people they are out with aren't really their friends.

Oh boy am I missing out eating with the Clinton's and other dignitaries! This restaurant looks so snobby, and overpriced, filled with narcissistic people that think they matter outside of thier parents trust fund social circle.

This was so god awful, I quit less than 3 minutes in. Why was this trash filmed? If you want food to be inaccessible and make chefs look pretentious and glutinous, then wow, you nailed it with this trash.

Watch this guy in a Tony Bourdain video about Italy. He is a great cook, just got too fat and egostistic. But still probably a great cook. Better than Ramsay. -Never trust a skinny chef, like me.

what an arrogant piece of shit. so according to him hes the only legit chef. oh and the clintons visit his restaurant. so u might only wanna make a turn around the meat section of the menu.

Garbage people like this make me want to puke. then feed my puke to them. Also, satay and pad thai are the least interesting things to order in any Thai restaurant. Jackasses.

-9: 45 -I'm chef Michael White, I'm chef Michael White. - I thought he was alright up until that point, I don't think he could try being more arrogant.

138 Pplz working in one Restaurant or am i wrong? For 300 Guests a day! -I've worked in kitchens with 6 Chefs for around 500 dishes a day XD

I live in Bangkok so I can get most of these dishes in about a 5 minute walk. Satay isn-t traditional Thai food, maybe Malay, but not Thai.
