Her knife skills, or lack thereof, drive me nuts. It's so scary to watch someone who doesn't know how to properly cut or breakdown veggies. The way she disassembled the onion's layers. for what? Dicing an onion goes a lot easier when you leave the root end intact, and slice using planks etc. -- She also says flour, -flowerah- you can tell she's true east coaster.

OMG, she's sooo badass! Love her! Cracking up over the malfunctioning pasta machine. I use one for polymer clay and trust me, it's way harder rolling out the clay by hand. but doable. Love how she just moved on without being flustered. Nice dish. def gonna try! --New Fan with Southie Cousins-

My family and I make tortellini every year for Christmas, we always stick with spinach and ricotta filling. Another way to serve them that is super simple but so good is to drizzle the tortelli with sage insides butter and a a decent sprinkle of parmesan

Maybe it's just me, but she's giving off some SERIOUS Italian vibes. Like seriously, just effortlessly. Look at her hands! (Italian grandma hands) I was waiting for her to bust out w/some sort of Italian phrase or hand gesture

my father is from -Southie- that-s a funny line tbh if you-re from the area that is or are familiar with it, it-s not what it used to be but still-i-m not the only one that-s got to be from around boston watching this lol

I-m making these. No one can stop me. I-ve been so bored at home, and my boyfriend loves tortellini. Such simple ingredients, and he-ll be blown away when I tell him I did it myself. If I can pull it off! Lol
