Am on my 40 first days of no sugar [[ shocking too say the least ]] HOWEVER! I love seafood chowder IF and when I take a no sugar break the seafood chowder thing it might be first of the list of out of this world delicious eats! And when I say no sugar I mean in 41 days there's been less 3 grams of sugar in my body an as right now I weigh 165 dropping from 192! And its almost like I smell the food from the video ya dig!

Excellent looking chow-dah-Lol-Little secret from Nova Scotia -STOP throwing out your Lobster shells after a a feed. All your left over lobster shells make one hell of a broth for poaching your fish for your chowder. sorry Chow-dah. love it. -Enjoy

Always love seeing new seafood here. Simple tips like shelling shrimp is also stuff people don't know. Fennel with seafood is a really good tip. May take some other flavors to blend well, but it's a good one.
