DO NOT put that much oil in your oven! What are you thinking telling people to do this? Absolutely ridiculous, you'd get crucified for doing this in culinary school and possibly fired from a kitchen. They should honestly delete this.

i feel like farideh had a vaca, she seems way more into the cooking again.

Dear god don't do the shallow frying in a sheet pan method shown here. J Kenji Lopez Alt has a fantastic video on baking crispy potatoes. That method is just as tasty and WAY less of a safety hazard

For all the fermenting and time it takes to make tabasco, its a terrible hot sauce. Louisiana all day for a cheap supermarket sauce.
