Before you say no effing way because of the anchovies - try it. It's ridiculous. + John: Mason, Ball and Kerr brands are the same today except for the name. All are owned by Jarden (the company that owns Foodsaver) and I heard that Sunbeam has bought the whole shebang. Guys--I've been canning for 30+ years. NEVER cheapen out and get crappy Chinese jars--you'll live to regret it.

I love the way they keep making reference to the guy that called them pretentious. In my opinion they are incredibly down to earth. Keep being original and unique guys!
