Seriously though, this is the best Chinese stir fry sauce recipe - great for a quick & easy dinner! Garth: Regarding having to observe dicing the ginger, 1/2 of the joy in home made foods are preparing it. That includes how well and the direction your items are cut, diced, julienned, peeled or not and so forth. It's the art of the entire process so, Sam has the correct opinion if folks should watch him dice up the ginger. It's not a waste of time, it's the observations that count as common folks watch an experienced person get their outcome for a diced food item. It's much more important when you bake as those ingredients have to measure out precisely or the deal is off.

This recipe is great! I backed off on the chili paste by half and made it with broccoli, cabbage and carrots served over white rice. Its delicious! I tried it with chicken, but preferred it with beef. I seem to like sweet sauce with chicken. This guys food is great tasting, quick and not complicated. The lack of PC is welcome. I cant stand how uptight everyone is these days, cant even find a comedian to host the Grammies because everyone has a stick up their Ae. I like this guy, hes a REAL person doing his thing.

I guess this is a matter of taste, but when I seek a video in youtube for cooking, I want quick and concise instructions. Too much chitchat in between, and 19: 41 minutes is too much time for something like this. If I wanted a personality, many actors/movies to pick from. It's hard for me to think of anything that you haven't already put into your dish; too convoluted. Sorry, just have to be honest, it might give you constructive insights to the audience that watch your videos.

Love your sauce recipe! I was looking for something that I could make with whatever I had on hand and BINGO! Love your style and the tee shirt. And I am totally cool with passing 2/3rd of a cup for 1/2! LOLBut hey man, those plastic containers. no dude- that's poisoning the environment and nuking stuff in them is sure to poison the body even if that chicken broth won't! Now I must go make that sauce, I have some fresh soba noodles that are begging to be cooked! :-)

Ha! 2: 53, the cap has little sharp spikey thingies inside to break the seal, once you twist it open. I know this video is a couple years old but I found it completely amusing since I had the exact same dilemma before I figured it out. I was like, oh man, the seals already open! I thought it was a new box! And agonizing over whether I should use it.

I screwed this up the first time I made it, so had to watch you again. Thank God you still had this recipe up. After just watching you, that helped. You are a pinch of this and a cup or so of that kind of cook which makes it hard for beginners. So now, I think I've got the jist of it, so I'll try again. Loved your sauce.

So, the vegetables. mushrooms, onions, peppers- all of these things take different cooking times, so I am a bit annoyed that he threw in the mushrooms and onions at the same time. one will be overdone, or the other under done. That in conjunction with not making something a complete novice hasn't already mastered.

At 3: 11? One golden rule applies. When in doubt, throw it out. Lesson to learn here? Always have a second on hand as backup. With the amount of cooking you do? Simpley weighing of the container will determine if used. If not, check the expire date and return it if you can! Just stating the obvious. Respect

Whose cooking show is this? I love how he can be such a dick to his kid, but in a funny way back away back away haha. For you haters. took me a while to appreciate Sam, like an acquired taste but I love watching him cook and have learned a lot. Thanks Sam! Greetings from the Yukon.

I live Sam's style and fun attitude. It's his style, I think it's great. This is the non millennial overly PC version of tasty and buzzfeed. He doesn't half to kiss up, he does what he likes, cooking fantastic foods. I personally love his edgy style. Keep it up Sam.
