With 1, 307 comments I doubt you'll see this! BUT I'll recap here - I sent you an Instagram message with a comment/post I thought you'd love: it goes like this: HOW SOCIAL MEDIA WORKS: Me/Sam I prefer mangoes to oranges. Random '5 person' - So basically what you're saying is that you hate oranges? You also failed to mention pineapples, bananas and grapefruits. Educate yourself. If anyone can relate - it would be you and Max - Keep on cooking - F#k the haters!

I think the steak pros do turn it often but at different levels of heat. Start super super hot flip sear then flip but move to a cooler side of the grill, flip to an even cooler side. At the end of the stark cooking day, who really a gives a shit you paid for the steak, cook it the way you like it! The way you like it is the best way to cook it.

You absolutely had me till mayo. why jizz up a perfectly amazing looking sandwich? The humanity! I forgive you but I'll never forget lol. PS, forget the professional whiners and armchair warriors. your videos are great including the sound. The only sound issue you need apologize for is the sound of mayo going on this bad boy!

When you have dinner parties / grill outs and host, would you make a small platter of these already made or have the prepared ingredients separated for all the loser picky eaters to assemble themselves? I feel like they'll be missing out on not eating it the way you prepared it but I also don't want to seem pretentious.

Sam, the only way to prove the nay sayers (such as myself) about your steak theory, is on a future video do an experiment. Exact same thickness and size steaks, you beat the shit out of one steak the way you did in this video, and the other steak gets flipped once. Then you cut and taste for the viewers.

I understand it's just the internet, but I still can't believe how horrible some people have to be with those comments. Obviously the people who love you guys far outnumber the random trolls. Thank all of you for keeping me entertained and the great food ideas.

Between -22: 37 to -19: 32, Sam mentions probe three times, and admits he doesn't like the feel of latex/medical gloves. Is it just me? Or is Sam sounding anal, as if he just came from the doctor's office. And he is resentful. Just wondering.
