This creamy, cheesy, garlic pasta is EVERYTHING on a cold winter day. Comfort food FTW! PRE Christopher: I came across your videos about half a year ago. And I'm just a young kid in university but I've always had this love for cooking coming from a large family. Since I started to watch your videos I've started trying to make one of your meals once a week. They've never been true to your recipes since we don't always have the same stuff up here in Canada but I try my best lol. Thank you for your inspiration and passion as it has inspired me and helped me in many ways.

All these comments on the use of a metal spoon. Who cares, Im here for the food. But each and everyone of you are proof that people will ALWAYS find something to complain about ESPECIALLY if it does not affect you in any way. So keep arguing amongst yourselves and I will keep watching for the food, the back and forth between Sam & Max and learning new recipes to cook. Also if youre in San Diego go to his restaurant. SOOOOO GOOD,

2/27/20 - made this tonight (+ garlic bread) for the family. My 13y/o declared it the best pasta dish hes ever had and requests it as his birthday dinner next month. I doubled the garlic and added sliced baby bella mushrooms ( very dense, meaty and dark in color that hides well) for the whole dish because only one of my kids actually likes mushrooms and added capers and sun dried tomatoes for the wife and I. HUGE hit! THANK YOU!

I finally had the chance to visit Not Not Tacos, and man those some fantastic tacos. I had the Korean Beef and mac and cheese. AMAZING! Job well done on the restaurant. I am a big fan of you and your cooking and have been watching you for years. I was was finally glad to meet you in person and shake your hand. My girlfriend and I will visit Graze very soon and I hope to see you there

Honestly last episode my husband and I kept trying to catch a glimpse of the burn just to see how bad it was lol. Looked super painful and we both understood why you wouldnt want to put anything on it and as you've said in the past you're cooking for you not us so it doesn't really matter and burns and cuts are a part of being in the kitchen so people can deal with it in my opinion.

Ah, Sam, you have a burn. Big deal. Don't cover it, it needs to breath. That skin is very sensitive. Don't put tape over it. For goodness sake, tell these ##%%& to go #%% themselves. Are you kidding? Don't pay any attention to them. If it was a cut, that's a different thing. You would need a bandage to keep it as clean as possible.

Hey man, cooked it yesterday - needed a recipe for a sort of carbonara without egg due to my pregnant wife (raw eggs) and made your pasta - changed the salsiccia and salame with prosciutto crudo and added one shallot. DAMN IT WAS SOOOO GOOD. thanks for the recipe bud o/

I just made this for the family tonight, and it was incredible! I added a pinch of paprika, but otherwise stayed true to the recipe. This is going into heavy rotation until I either turn into a 800lb monster, or die of a heart attack! Even my wife and kids loved it!

Lucas Whitaker Trolls are sometimes good. Just trying to maximize Sam's true value while looking out for Max. Sam has some rough edges that need to be ground down a bit. His cooking style could use some refinment all in a good way. I am sure Sam would agree.

Sam. I've seen you rotisserie a few items and you put the charcoal in first ever time and then the item you're cooking and then proceed to cuss because of the heat. lol. next time put the food item first and then the charcoal. enjoy your show and mannerisms.
