REQUEST EPISODE: Hey Sam, I'm a big fan. I watch pretty much all your stuff, you really show how fun cooking can be. Part of the reason why I love doing it so much. Another reason is health. On that, recently I've been getting busier and busier. I think a lot of us would appreciate if you made an episode on meal prepping. Good, quality meals that are still good at least a couple of days later. Things high in vegetables, high in protein, lower in carbs. Or perhaps dishes I could collect the ingredients for, then throw in the oven when the time comes and that's it. Thanks!

19: 18 I'm dyin'! Hilarious! So much comic GOLD in this episode: DUpdate: I made this for Valentine's day, and KILLED it! (in a good way. I shared it with the family, and it was a hit! They were especially surprised by what they thought was mashed potatoes! Even my daughter, who is not especially a fan of cauliflower, thought it was pretty good. :) This one is going on the every once in a while recipe list.

Sam, you. I. WE nailed it. I followed your recipe to the T (including soy/oil on meat and Vermouth on the shrooms. My Wife and I loved it and and the best part is it was less than 25. Her filet was about 6oz and mine was 8oz. She like hers medium rear and I like rare. I pulled the filets when hers was 120 and pan seared them in the garage (no smoke alarm. The cauliflower mash and shrooms were fabulous too!

I've literally watched every single one of your YT videos, and I've been to your Not Taco Taco restaurant multiple times. You're hilarious and your food is absolutely amazing, but you said something in this video that made me drop my drink. How dare you say cauliflower mash beats actual mashed potatoes! haha Im sorry, that was just too much for me: P

On the bottle of Cocchi Vermouth it says keep chilled and has a place to write the date opened because it's only good for about 3 months when refrigerated. That being said, I have left some vermouth out for months/years and i didn't think it tasted bad and didn't make me sick, but at least some should be refrigerated especially the better stuff.

Sam I made the steak and Mushroom cream sauce for my wife and she was drooling. Did the steak just like you and omg the flavor combo was amazing. Unfortunately I gained some HAPPY WEIGHT LOL. Can you, max, chance nation and Jillie, do an episode with some low carb sides and meals? So I can meal prep some good flavorful healthy food?

Made this tonight - it was sooo easy and we enjoyed treating ourselves. Added roasted asparagus and I cooked the steaks sous vide with a little garlic (can never have too much garlic) and Jacobsens Habanero Salt for a little touch of heat. Vermouth mushrooms - will never have mushrooms any other way again!
