Costco used premade then frozen pizza dough, olive oil to bake on parchment paper, everything is measured out, caesar dressing is the same as the Caesar salad same with the chicken, they use caesar dressing on top then parmesan before cooking. The bacon and chicken precooked comes in frozen, it's a massive corporation so the least steps possible equal more profit. The crust also depends on the person making them, some people are shitty about the dough and there are holes. I know because I dealt with that a few hours ago until my shift ended. Yours does look waaaaay better especially adding the sriracha

So Im on mission trip. Didnt want to do the Caesar salad over here. But I had some cream cheese from Holland. Mozzarella and Colby from Australia. And Parantha frozen dough from local Dhaka. And I had brought sams (lol) canned shredded chicken because I wasnt sure about the meat over here. (Which I have found is ok but I had sams still on the shelf. Oh my goodness. This was wonderful. I made a salsa to dip it in. Oh and I had a can of zatarains creole spice I brought. Thanks for the inspiration. I needed it. (Rice! Its getting old to me now. )

Made this tonight and it was fantastic. I used Pillsbury pizza dough thin and crispy. Opened and cut in half then pulled into rectangle. I used an Italian blend of cheese. Some chicken cut up and cooked the way Sam did. Used crispy bacon more cheese and then some Kraft Caesars dressing. Folded along long side then the ends then the other long side. Topped with Some cheese and baked 400 for about 13-14 mins.

Hey Sam and crew. I worked for Costco for almost 10 years at the corporate office in Issaquah, WA. My absolute favorite thing at the food court is the chicken bake. Get into the warehouse and head over to grab one while shopping. Less hungry means less in the cart. LOL They were never dry and wrapped in that foil and eaten by hand. a thing of tasty beauty! Thanks for this update.

That looks great, i've jotted down your recipe, can't wait to try. Have you done one on Costco's Aussie meat pie, that definately needs a 2. 0 version, with steak not mince, and better pastry on the bottom as it falls apart, which proper Aussie pies don't. The only way you can eat a Costco pie is with a fork, WRONG. Meat Pie, Ketchup in a paper bag, then your cooking. Cheers

Hello Sam, finally had a ch AZ nce to make this. I did use a rolling pin to roll out the dough. I believe it was the best use of my time after getting home from work tonight. I did make this a little mine. ASIAGO, PROVOLINE, PARMESAN, and MOZZARELLA cheeses. I used Oregano instead of cilantro as I did not have the cilantro. My Greek yogurt was a bit more liquid then yours.

Ya know Sam. since it is Costco and they make a ton of rottisserie chicken, I'm sure the chicken bake utilizes unsold rotisserie chickens. That is how the chicken is cooked for their Chicken Bake. They could use your dressing recipe though. Your version looks fin' delicious! Can't wait to make it! Thanks again, keep the great videos coming.

I made this today. Just a couple of things different. Bought Lighthouse Ceaser Dressing. I smoked half chickens yesterday so I diced up the leftover chicken. Didn't do an egg wash, instead I coated the outside with some of the dressing and then put the shredded mozzarella cheese on top. It is in the oven right now. I will repost how it came out

Love your recipes but PLEASE include the ingredients in the description below. Or provide a link to the recipe on your website (which several of your recipes are NOT on your website like this one) It is a pain in the ass to pause the video, and write down each ingredient. Make it easier to do your recipes and I will do more of them.
