We've done Nashville Hot Chicken - why can't we do the same thing with STEAK? Greetings from Colorado Mr. Sam Zien! I just found your show via Mr. Matty Matheson & Mr. Oliver Babish aka Mr. Andrew Rea. Absolutely fantastic show. makes me so damn hungry though! You re a slice of Mr. Anthony Bourdain & a slice of Mr. Alton Brown (no relation but a fellow UGA DAWG) with the delivery spice of Mr. Jeffrey Tambor and comedic brilliance of Mr. Carl Reiner! I could watch your show all day! You make it look so easy & so delicious, it has actually inspired me to make a couple of your dishes. My wife & kid thanks you! All of you guys, yes I m referring to you Max & Chance, are simply great & really fun to watch. I appreciate the no nonsense approach. keeps me honest. Thank You for a great show!\n

I'll have to give this a try as my experience thus far with nashville hot chicken has been less than inspiring. Now before anyone has a fit, a few things of note; First I love spicy, the hotter the better. Second I'm mostly dealing with local knockoff's here and have never tried real nashville hot chicken, third and this is probably the most important, I've never found Cayenne to be a particularly good tasting pepper. Now the sugar being added looks like it might solve my chief complaint of cayenne in that it is bitter. Or I might just make this with some dried scotch bonnets or Naga's. Either way, I like the idea behind this.

Hello all. Long time follower, I have seen every one of your videos- some (like the pizza dough ones) several times. I am a retired firefighter, and grilling/ cooking outdoors is my passion. I envy your setup on the patio, and am planning to one day have one like yours! Meanwhile, I will keep watching and getting ideas. Keep up the wonderful recipes, and best of luck! Vote for Louis!

Needed more oil in the basket. The top of the steak sticking out had my OCD in full mode. Also, put the steak in the pan of sauce inside of dirtying a needless cookie sheet along with the rack. Other than that Sam, I love it, along with all the other videos.

What did that otherwise awesome steak do to you to ruin it like that? I did get a laugh when you were dressing the steak on the pan, I thought throw away the steak and eat the pan. yes I'm easy except when it comes to spice, forget about it.

You just inspired my dinner tonight. I m gonna make country fried steak, but add that Nashville oil sauce on the outside when done. With a little mashed potatoes to balance the heat

Done many of your dishes. Now just waiting on some Vegan ones. You have the skills to amaze the taste buds but do you have the skills to fool them? Waiting.

So dang happy you didn't put caramelized onions on that as well. Love the show but Holy cow ease up on the onion situation.
