These EGGS!
You gotta try these!
As much as you love eggs, you really gotta try these deviled eggs. Even if you don't make a video of it, I'd love to hear your feed back on them.
Peanut Butter & Horseradish Deviled Eggs.
1 Part Cooked Egg Yolks
1/4 Part Peanut Butter
1/4 Part Horseradish Sauce (I know you like straight horseradish - not sure how much of that to use if you sub)
1/2 Part Mayo (Kewpie for sure)
Kosher Dill Pickle (small slices about the length of the egg and only about 1/4 - 1/3 inch wide)
Smoked Paprika
Sriracha Hot Sauce (or, in your case, you'll prolly use Cholula but the thicker Sriracha will present better for Max's photos)
Slice hard boiled eggs lengthwise and remove yolks.
Mash yolks with fork until fine.
Mix in Peanut Butter and Horseradish Sauce.
After PB and Horseradish are mixed
Then GENTLY mix in Mayo. Do not over mix or it will separate!
Put mixture in eggs I use a spoon for a rustic look. Yes Max, I push it off the spoon with my fingers.
Sprinkle with Smoked Paprika.
Add small slice of Kosher Dill Pickle on top of each.
Zigzag Sriracha Hot Sauce on top of each.

This reminds me of a poor man chicken Kiev. Or maybe just a lazy man version! I do all the steps you do plus I add a few and I make it probably once a month. First I make sure to pound out the chicken breast as big as I can get it. next to make a filling of Monterey Jack cheese crumbled bacon and stuff that inside a blanched/scraped poblano pepper. Then I take the chicken breast and lay it on a square of clear plastic wrap. I put the poblano with the cheese on it in the center and then pull up all the sides and twist the extra plastic wrap to tightly close the chicken breast sealing everything inside. I do this for as many as I'm going to need and then place them in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Once mostly Frozen you can take the plastic wrap off and they will still stay sealed. Then flour, egg wash, and panko! The same technique used to cook it with the pan frying and basting but only 10 mins in the oven because the chicken was pounded thin. I can guarantee if you put one of yours next to one of mine I would win in every single taste test you put it in!

This looks amazing but I'm just not a fan of panko as you normally get it. Flavor-wise it's fine but the crumb size is too large for my taste. I'll take some and crush it down in a ziploc, and I find it makes a much nice coating IMO. Not so coarse and crunchy, a little smoother and finer. Possibly heresy to say this but IDGAF. I like what I like.

Hey Sam and Max. I definitely want to see you eat it. If you don't eat it, why would I make it You can tell by reaction if you truly like it or not. I will say though, you need to learn to blow on it before you bite. You always burn yourself. LOL. Keep up the great work!

I don't know what's happened with your microphone I have to turn my TV up to like 75 to even hear you decently and then the commercials blare me out I didn't have this problem until the last few weeks. Did you guys get a new microphone or something. Love watching the show.

You guys always make me laugh! I remember when I first started watching you. I think it was around 2010 or so! Long time! So glad to see you’re still at it. This is making me so hungry. Yes, truly generous on the butter. My arteries are yelling! And it’s Amagansett! Lol

the printed recipe doesn't say to put it in the oven. It reads like you just keep frying in in butter. You might change it because the baking probably finishing in the over keeps it really tender. Thanks for the recipe looks yummy and I will try it this weekend

When Max was younger they used mass amounts of Canna - Butter to calm him down. He don't remember half of the tasty meals he loved as a kid. The French toast on Saturdays would calm him down for the Weekend = Canna Butter and real maple syrup he Loves.

Sam, forgets the rosemary and apologises, but at 3: 42 he is heard stating -- 'F#k forgot the cheese'. No cheese in recipe, that I can see - but no verbal correction or was there a correction in rewriting the recipe Love your work Sam/Max and the other guy.

If you still think cooking with butter is not good for you, then I don't think you understand the Carnivore diet. You're not really staying strict to the Carnivore diet, so you might as well just transition into Keto.

This is one of your best recipes, I have seen! Fantastical! !! A very simple recipe that is healthy to the max without any slopped out, deadly MAYO mystery sauces! BOOOOOOOOM! Keep on cooking like this!

Looks awesome. I can't wait to try it. I am currently working on the eye round I cooked the other day, so I still have a few more dinners of that before I can do the chicken. (it was a 6 1/2 pound piece.

Max gave you permission for the Second Bite because it was Breast Meat. And I would say this is a Winter time Meal, using the Pan and Oven. It's Warming up in So Cal so Bring on the Grill Works.

And right there at 6: 05 there's the bottle of Rosemary sitting right there on the counter.
Ask me about my recipe for baked Rosemary Chicken Wings. Holy Cow knock your socks off!

Sounds like a great recipe I must try. Because of my dietary restrictions, I eat a lot of chicken. Have you ever done a Margarete grilled chicken( tomato, basil, and mozzarella)

I bought a set of silk sheets to set the mood. They're so slippery that every time we try to get close, one of us ends up sliding off the bed. At least it's good for a laugh

I love fried bologna! I see you did an episode 8 years ago where you had no idea that you needed to cut relief notches in it. I would love to see you do a follow up episode.

none of this should be in a nonstick pan, nor that silicon spatula. Nonstick pan in the oven! Use wood and cast iron.
You're thinking Amagansett in Long Island, NY! Hamptons

I love these every day meal recipes. I love to cook, but I hardly do it one meal at a time because cleanup is most of the effort, so that simple meals are perfect for me.
