EPIC Project Reveal! Garden Answer Margie: I realize the giveaways of the pots has long past; but, I STILL have to comment. It just wouldn't have been you, Laura, to have made each pot a different combination. That would have interfered with the flow along the driveway and fence. The uniformity of the pots (love the slate color, too) and the plant combo in them is so very pleasing to the eye! I look forward to future updated videos on this video. (You know, it doesn't bother me all that much that I'm so far behind on watching your videos. Sure, this one is brand new to me in the wee morning hours (12: 36 am) of July 9, 2018. I'm enjoying really old ones from 2014 or 15 mixed with this week's newest ones while watching succulent videos from all over the place! I'd rather have a list of videos by publish date; but, I realize that's not going to happen. Anyway, Aaron and Laura, thank you so much for sharing with everyone else. Keep up the great work!

Hi Laura, I've never heard of Supertunias until I came across your videos. Today when I went into Lowes, they had some marked down to $1. 00. They had colors i've never seen before. So I grabbed 4 to test them by proven Winner. I love your arrangements and knowledge of plants. I've only been interested in outside gardening for the last 3 years, and finding myself spending so much time babying my plants and looking at them. It must have been in me, but I didn't know it until I moved in a new place and wanted to beautify the outside! They bring me so much joy watching them grow and makes me appreciate the beauty in nature. Thanks for all your ideas and showing us your beautiful garden that inspires me.

These planters would be perfect for me. Last year we planted tomatoes in planters as we were not allowed to plant them in the ground in the condo community. However, I had to water twice a day every day! I was not able to travel at all because they would die. Once when I did have to leave, I put the plants in the garage. They were not happy when I got back. Because of the problems last year, I will not be planting tomatoes this year. However, these planters would solve the problem. Thank you so much for this information. Love your videos.

I'm really interested in seeing if these work out. I know I still have lots of more recent videos to watch. I have some questions though.
1) are these good for veggies like tomatoes? I have a very hot south facing patio where the planters just bake and need to be watered almost twice a day. I'm hoping this will solve my problem.
2) are there plants that these would not work with? for example plants that need sandy soil or to dry out between waterings? I'm thinking rosemary and lavender. I'm sure there are other examples.

I LOVE your gravel driveway! The containers down the side also are perfect! Love that they're all the same plants. It's a simple, clean look. I wanted to plant trees down our long driveway, but I think this will be a much better solution. (Since the hubs is afraid of ruining the driveway with growing tree roots) thank you so much for all of your amazing tips! Everything you create is just beautiful.

I am a flower lover. Every time I go somewhere and I see plants I always bring some home. Then I get home and ask myself where am I going to plant these. So I have to usually find some pots because I ran out of ground. I have question. What can I use to keep deer from eating my rose bush? Just planted few days ago with beautiful blooms then when I looked at again no blooms and no buds.

I followed this project all through the stages from your first review in 2016 to the end season video 2017. I just ordered two of the 20 inch crescents in old bronze for my patio garden. I want to get great results and not much effort and these look like just the thing. I am now trying to find your plantings with the king papyrus grass in the middle which was so cool and distinctive.

Laura you are an inspiration to all. You make gardening simple by explaining things most don't have a lifetime to research. Mother of 6 and military wife this is what I need so I don't kill the flowers and plants. It will be the perfect addition to our empty porch for my husbands homecoming!

I love the idea of all the pots are the same colors. Yes, I agree with you, it's more striking. Thanks for sharing this wonderful self-watering pot idea. I really want to get one for my pixie grapes vines I got recently. And I hope these container will work well for my dwarf grapes!

the containers look great with all the same color, as it has more impact. u r so lucky to have such an amazing garden. I live in India where it's excessively hot, but I do manage to keep a tiny garden and would love to have such containers to save water n time.
