Hello Im a newbie inspired by your site. I saw this beautiful, large but very expensive Cortin container a few weeks ago. Coming from years of working in the steel industry I was very excited. But right before i was to make a purchase I researched if it was safe to grow a fruit tree in it. The reviews were all negative. This is the third video Ive seen now that you are growing edibles in metal containers. I see that youre very aware of the products you use. I would love to know your opinion on this? Thank you.

i am always shocked to see how you say u do not use red and these rust tones, yellows? don't recall what they call that thinking? it doesn't just have to do with makeup and such, like remember when u r picking your tones? cold verse warm. gold verse silver! . i mean 2 me these scream your hair color, your skin tone, what color clothes, shirts etc. like they will bring out your eyes, these would be so awesome for you. i mean these are your colors. they scream LAURA! totally. i love it! gorgeous plantings. Laura, I love the container and all the plants in it, they compliment each other. I was just curious if you ever have an issue with funguses/powdery mildew due to the plants being so close together and not enough air flow between them? Also, could you please tell me what a gopher is, that digs in your beds, like a prairie dog? Here in FL a gopher is a tortoise. Thanks so much

Kicking myself for not buying tomatoe and pepper plants from proven winners. To many plants at the store, how do you know what to choose? How long will it take to see pepper plants like this in the store? Is it a year or two like new flower plants? Thanks for sharing another great container idea. You're videos brighten the day.

Hi Laura, love to see how you plant the containers. They allways look so nice! I have only one question. I allways get the advice in garden centers (in the Netherlands) to first put in a layer of Hydroton in containers, but I never see you use that. Is it something you dont show in your videos or is it not necessary?

May garden tour? PLEASE? I would love to see what is blooming now, and things before it all gets huge later in the season. How you bring us along and explain everything really is so much fun! I feel like Im drinking an iced tea and I myself am following you through your walkways.

You're amazing! I'm always impressed by how many plants you fit in one container! About your potting soil. how many bags do you have! Do you have them delivered by truck once a season or something? I can't imagine what your barn looks like stocked full! So fun.

I can 100% get behind this planter! I have a lot of rust-colored planters and this combination looks fabulous! For the past 3 years I have grown some coleous in full sun (here also in high desert) and was pleasantly surprised at their ability to withstand and thrive.

I love that you love the rain. It is disappointing to hear people say, it was a disgusting rainy day. I grew up with a mother who loved all the weather, sunny, rainy, stormy, freezing, she loved all of it. She made it fun and wonderful to have weather of all kinds.
