Even Aaron was Surprised by the Amount of Plants! Garden Answer Margie: Hey, folks. the idea for the show was to help all of us gardeners enjoy gardening more, learn from one another, build each other up. not pit one against another. it's their business how many plants go in on a certain project, how much it costs, what kind of work Aaron does. etc, etc, etc. They are not my family members, nor did I ever hear of them before a few years back when I looked up gardening shows on You Tube. so I'm just writing this because I'm really tired of the pettibone, the jealousy, the envy that clearly comes across in questions. Many of us love this show. It is unique, very well put together, watched by many, enjoyed by many. so let's just do that, alright. learn from it, get great tips from it, let their business be there business and be greatful they are willing to share with us along the way. I showed my fiance that auger and he said he'd help garden if he got to use that to do it! Plants are not his thing but he loves the way they look and he knows how much I love gardening so he really tries to take an interest in it to spend time with me, and I know when he watches Aaron in your videos helping it helps motivate him to help me too!
I absolutely love your pallet walkway and I know it will eventually need to be replaced, have you given any thought to doing a stone walkway with perennial ground cover spaced between stones? Like concrete round stones and creeping thyme (or something similar) as the eventual replacement? I think it would look gorgeous in that space you have and would keep that cottage, whimsical secret pathway feel by the coop. Thanks for all your inspiration!

Coming and watching these spring videos knowing why Aaron is helping you more is so sweet. Man, when I look at what you accomplished in this past year is amazing. I am so glad you are feeling better and able to get in there and getting sweaty and dirty lol. Especially when you moved the tree that was at the end of old and beginning of new property. Can't wait to see the orchard, the cut flower, raspberry bushes grass/meadow and all the shade trees grow and bring your beautiful yard back together. I know it has been hard for Laura through this process but it already looks amazing.

I love all your videos. One of the big perks to my day. Ive learned so much from you. With you I also get to garden when Im stuck indoors in the winter. Ha!
Crazy request here. Ive tried multiple times to capture the instrumental music played at minute 7: 05. I know its unlikely but if you have the name I would love to know. It would work great in my spin class! Thanks

I know im late. but this is a garden beyond measure. your lavender (might be wrong) is so beautiful. i love lavender and always got scared. Im extremely alergic to bee venom. have you ever gotten stung by bees? Lavender and bees for me go hand in hand

Another great video! Curious as to what soil you use in your pots. I don't remember seeing in the videos I have made it through so far. Do you use just a basic potting soil and then add your biotone? Or Miracle Grow or some other mixture?

Can you do a video just on petunias? Something that lines out each variety in and itemized way with the selling points and downfalls of each. Ex: Petunias, supertunia, supertunia vista, superbells, etc. Much love from your neck of the woods.

You look as if you billioners you two. So much land and all these plants!
People in Greece are poor at the moment.
I just envy you that you can afford such an amazing garden but also I admire you Laura!

We had such a bad year for flowers, I got to choose between pink or white petunias. No superbells, I didnt even see snap dragons, only red coleus, some moss roses. I mean the best plants were at a grocery store

I would love to see a follow up video after the plants grow in. Everything always looks good when its first put in but we never get to see what plants look like later in the season. Thanks for the great vids.
