Adding a Little Instant Color to the Cut Flower Garden!
video description
Also its so wonderful to have the closeup views and information about each plant you chose for todays video. It helps so much to just not be overwhelmed with all the choices available. Its a nice variety of selection, and so nice to see the plant as you are talking about it. Of course, the overall views in your videos are great and very inspirational for ideas, but the actual example as you put the plant in the ground is very helpful too!
I always have a few things that you mention or you use in your videos that I want to find for my own use, and your links help a lot!
Thanks also for your down-to-earth approach of demystifying the entire process. Cant wait to see your other choices for this garden.

I have learned so much from watching your videos, ever since I discovered you a little more than a year ago. You have helped me transform my garden spaces from a jumbled, disorganized, ugly mess into something I am slowly becoming proud of. Your endless energy, optimism, and excitement is an absolute inspiration, and I hope you find success and happiness as you start to work on your new land!

Hi Laura. now that you have gone through a season of growing your own cut flowers from seed do you still think that it is worth all the work or would you consider starting most of your seeds straight in your garden and using a hoop for them? I would think with your long growing season it would be worth waiting just a bit to be able to grow flowers with minimal amount of steps?

As always, love the videos Laura and Aaron, thank you! I would love to see a follow up video to this one when these plants are ready to be cut and the process around that! For instance, how to best cut the flowers so the plant stays happy, how much you can take off, etc. And of course would love to see the process of creating an arrangement: ) Thanks again!

I wish I had had that auger yesterday! I planted the front sign bed at work. It was a 4 hour task with a hand trowel! It looks great though and I also planted 2 varieties purple angelonia along with heliochrysum, kale, artemisia, baby Moses grass and toffee twist grass and sweet potato vine. Love me some flowers!

It's so exciting to see things going into the new place! Have you thought about covering the empty areas with some good ground cover? You could till it under in the fall and have better soil the following spring. It'll also suppress weeds.

I got a little choked up when I sensed your emotions while you were talking about the new space.
I'm so happy for you guys. Laura, did you do all the arrangements that are at the end of this video? They are absolutely stunning.

To me you are like Martha Stewart. I was in love with her show when I was a young girl and I especially loved her Christmas specials and gardening videos. Thank you for bringing back such good memories.

Please Please Please show us how to make simply beautiful arrangements/bouquets. I would love to give away canning jars of flowers but I just don't know how to arrange them prettily!
