Fall in Shades of Pink! Garden Answer Maria: As I sit here on a crisp Sunday morning listening to Vivaldi and enjoying the warm sun in my face among my hostas shrubs, grasses, heucheras, and many many other plants within my 20x15 Brooklyn, NY home I think about how I got here. Im known among family and friends as the plant killer because anything I tried to grow I would not succeed. Until now that is. Thank you Laura, its because of you and Aaron that I have learned and have made the impossible possible. But I am most great full for the 4 min of total pease and contentment that I have experienced this morning. Keep doing what your doing.

I just want to say THANK YOU! I live in Reno, NV and trying to find plants that grow here has been so hard and then my daughter-in-law shared your video and told me how amazing you are and that you live in the same climate as me. I started watching you and when you showed your amazing hydrangeas and that I can actually grow them in the desert, I wanted to cry! You have given me such hope and Im so excited for spring! Im sitting down with paper and pencil and taking notes and also drawing a design of my new beautiful yard. You are an inspiration and I love your energy!

Love this cool tone container! I'm freshly back to work so I really am trying to penny pinch & the info about which plants you can repurpose is super helpful! I was wondering if you have suggestions on reusable containers, things one might throw away but could be used as a container if drain holes are made in it & possibly repainted or stained? Thanks!

I love doing the colours for autumn, the oranges, yellows, reds & peachy apricots. Pinks have never pleased me in the same way but this arrangement is something else! Loving the pink coral berries with that candy pink mum. However. that whipcord. freakiest plant ever, I actually hate it! Resembles something out of a Sci-Fi horror flick. Take it away!

Hi, love your shows. Your bench in the background is the one I wanted to purchase for a long, long time. I found it online, many choices, teak is the best but I am still concerned about weather resistance. I live in Canada zone 5. What zone are you in and do you keep your bench outdoors all winter? Thank you.

I almost grabbed the berry shrub at Lowe's but told myself I need to stop buying plants for this year and now it's on your video and now I regret it I planted some ornamental cabbages too and they are my new favorite thing in the garden. They are so cute!

Do you use the gifts people send you? Was just curious because I remember someone sending you a lazy Susan type thing for when youre planting planters, seems like it would have came in handy for this so you can see all angles of the pot.

Beautiful planter! Did you say you were moved from zone 5 to 6? Why? How will this change your gardening? Is this just your area or is there a new map? Im in NJ. Thank you, youre so inspiring and fun to watch!

This brought tears to my eyes. With all strife and disharmony going on right now, what a ray of sunshine and hope! This was just such a wonderful gesture of kindness and love! XO to you Laura and your mom.

I'm always a bit puzzled when you talk about watering during winter, because. it makes sense for areas that don't get a lot of snow, but we usually have like. 1-2 meters of snow every winter.
