So I am wondering why you put down the Biotone and compose before you dug the holes. I have always done just the opposite, putting the nutrients into the holes where the seed potatoes are going. I also am wondering why you don't top dress with straw or something else, especially where the starts have long stems above the ground. I know everyone does things a little differently but I always want to know reasonings about each different method and potentially learn something.

I loved hearing you two singing together and then the sweet innocent unprompted I love you from Benjamin about did me in! My daughter is 8 and those times are my favorite! Thank you for sharing your kids in a responsible manor with us.

One year I put the potatoes on top of the soil and covered them with 6-9 inches of straw (which with your wind this method wouldn't be purposeful I know) and they produced the most beautiful, tasty, huge potatoes I had ever seen. Might be something fun to try. It was so easy for both the planting and harvesting.

Banjamin is so sweet! Can you please film when you are adding compost to the potatoes please? Im planting mine this year for the first time and would love to know how. Most of mine are so overgrown, you dont need to cut or break of the growth before planting?

Greetings! Ive never grown potatoes. how many potatoes grow from each seed potato? Is that what you meant by additional tubers being possible?
