Laura, Thank you for being a real person especially in today's video. I laugh at myself when I don't quite have things going smoothly or as I like to say who changed my script for today! So just shift gears or like you said trouble shoot to take on which way it will go. So thankful to see people, like I was taught, just do it with out garbage coming out of their mouths. Positive progress! Thank you.

Lovely spot for your fountain but looking at it I kept thinking it might look majestic in your new greenhouse. Right in the center between the front and back doorways. ( did you say there would be a door in the front and straight through on the back too) Sorry! Living vicariously! Ill never be able to have one of those gorgeous greenhouses, but thats ok. Our little garden keeps us busy! I am happy you will!

The fountain looks beautiful and in a perfect spot. Im not sure if you ever considered doing this but we have a bird bath that we always use like a flower pot and put hanging flowers in it in our garden. It looks beautiful. Also I have a fountain that is cracked and it needs work so I am using it to plant flowers to drape down each level. Also adding a touch of solar fairy lights.

Every time I see a US socket when it comes to installing a fountain I feel such envy as the ridiculously massive UK sockets are such a headache in similar installations. And how encouraging is that you can make such a placement miscalculation Laura, the rest of us are allowed a few mistakes too unique stone have really misnamed this fountain. it's a putto not a nymph.

I really appreciate that you share ALL the problems and second guessing you do with your projects. It's real life and very reassuring to know that us novice gardeners aren't the only ones who often rethink, don't have the right supplies and need to do things half a dozen times. Thank you! Do you ever have an algae issue with your fountains? I put water in our fountain daily and I still get algae. My backyard birds love the fountain and I'm hesitant to put any type of cleaner in fear of harming them. Any advice that you can provide would be helpful. Thanks again for sharing all your gardening knowledge!

Love your video. I have one question. Did you use any sealant between your nymph and the ring? We are having to replace the pump in or fountain and the installer put some kind of double sided adherent that almost looks like caulking but my husband said it isn't caulking. Do we really need it?

I have a beautiful antique fountain that was given to me from my mother in law. We had a bad wind storm and something knocked the bowl over and apart of my fountain broke. a chunk of the concrete broke off. Is there anyway I can fix it? Btw that fountain is beautiful.
