Planting The Containers In Front of Our Barn and Trimming Spiral Topiaries! Garden Answer handmade: Question: How do you have so much room to plant 12, 4 containers? When I have an evergreen in a pot, it gets so root bound, there is never enough room to plant annuals, especially after the evergreen has been in there for a couple of years. I have never noticed you pulling out a potted evergreen and root pruning it. Is root pruning recommended? If yes, maybe a video in your free time

Laura, thank you for introducing me to the Scaevola, what a stunning plant. Not easy to get over here in the UK, but I have found some and will be planting them in my containers this year as part of my new tropical garden in Wales (yes I did say tropical in Wales! Will send you pictures, if you would like to see them. Love all your videos, thank you so much for the inspiration always x

Awe, Sweet Dexter making an appearance in 2016. Miss that kitty.
Question: my mother has been gardening for Decades, she routinely got Tetanus shots and rarely worked without gloves. I have followed my Leader mostly because she's my Mom and she wouldn't let me get out there with her if I didn't. Have you ever gotten these shots since you have working in the industry for so long?

Laura is such a knowledgeable young woman and I look forward to her daily videos. Must say I am so amazed by her beautiful gardens at her home and also her parents. Thank you Laura and Aaron for making each day a little brighter. Sharing your creativity and talent just makes the world a better place. All the best!

I think Beverly hurt Benjamins feelings more than anything. I hope he wont be afraid of them now. I love when he is helping you with your projects. He is adorable and so sweet. I like the separate project shorter videos. It makes it easier to watch a quick video on my lunch break without have to stop in the middle.

Careful wearing your regular shoes in the chicken coop. You can spread salmonella and other bacteria to your home, cars and around your property. Could be a potential issue as your baby starts crawling. Each of my family members have slip on coop boots that we keep near the coop, so they are say to access.

Thats so strange about your arborvitaes. Im in Colorado, a zone 6 (but I act like its a 5) and Im always tempted to put in arborvitae. However our wild temperature swings often leave arborvitae looking crispy like that. Last year we had several days where there were 40 degree temperature swings.

I love the look of the supertunia Priscilla and used it in my hayracks this year! Can't wait to try the improved variety next year. Re: sweet potato vine: I love the color but find that it hogs all the water in containers. I've moved on to coleus for a bright chartreuse kick instead!
