I love the look ofthe palms in the containers. So very pretty. I think you should keep both the colors. Scotchguard the hecknout of the white, use it in the Spring and Summer. Save the darker color for fall and winter. Your mom's covers look great with both. Have fun decorating your new space. Can't wait to see what comes next.

I may be the only person here who prefers the white cushions! They make your moms pillows pop instead of blend it. Yes your Hartley is white, but your floors, walls and chairs are dark. Plus I think white is always crisp and clean. You can also set everything up formally and then see how both colors look in the space.

Everything is turning out so beautiful! You have such an amazing eye for beauty. My vote is for the dark cushions. the dark helps mask the air conditioner which is what you spoke about wanting. So lovely! Thanks for taking us with in your gardening life.

I would keep the covers so you can change up the look of the chairs or cover up dirty cushions in a hurry lol. I wonder if they make some kind of deflector for the ac unit to keep the draft off of the fig. Cant wait for the gardens to in around the Hartley!

Laura, you need stone sealer on your floor. It will bring the color out of the stones and make the floor really pop! The sealer will protect from staining and moisture. Looking good, Love your choices!

Chairs are gorgeous but are they too big for the Hartley. They are pretty much taking up one side. May be I was envisioned you sitting amid beautiful plants all around at different levels from floor
