CROW Catch and Cook! - 'BACON Wrapped Poppers' at the Cabin

After moving the solar panels at the cabin and setting up the BBQ for off grid cooking, I set upon my new target; crow. Part of my goals for this year is to branch out and learn new skills and that means pursuing different game animals. Mojo Decoys: Developing as a person means investing in new equipment, but also investing in a new set of skills and knowledge. Join me as I show you how to hunt crows using decoys and calls as well as how to cook and eat crow at the off grid cabin. To call crows I am using the foxpro game caller coupled with two fixed wing crow decoys as well as a mojo crow which has wings that rotate to simulate a crow landing

Consider getting water from the creek with poly tubing. Use a catchment box or perforated pipe covered with screen to gravity feed it to the cabin. A 500 feet roll of half inch poly is -38 at Home Depot. Then you can use an inline turbine to create power 24/7 before the water flows to a tote with an overflow back to the creek and a tube to the cabin. Search YouTube for ways to make your own turbine from a DC motor that Kevin has in his stash. The hydro setups are way too expensive.

From the perspective of a farmer protecting his crops, it is not unreasonable to also want to eat some of the crows that they try to remove from their property.
But otherwise I would really feel bad for the crows considering they are very smart animals that are self aware as well as useful scavengers (it is good if corpses are eaten away asap)

I'd ditch the mojo. Crows are smart. 9 times outta 10 your gonna get a loner roll in first to give the situation an eyeballin. If he sees a dek flappin holdin in same spot he's gonna think somthins up an ain't gonna go back an give his buddies the okay. Use a deer hide or somthin. Set up 4 or 5 deks around a makeshift -roadkill- an you'll smash em.

Thanks for another good video. Now I'll have to try crow with a little less bacon. Just for your information, skeet is the name of a game, where you shoot clay pigeons. If you use a baseball to play catch, you are not playing -Baseball-. FULL STOP!

Full Stop. Who knew eating crow would be so good.
Grand Canyon NP has huge crows. They tore my campsite apart one day while I was out hiking. Next time they will be dinner! -

You should haven't the dandylions next the corn field. The leaves taste like rocket apparently when the roots are roasted they are a good coffee substitute

Just think that only for video and for your enjoyment you killed many wild life's and make them separates from there family so please don't do all this activity

Might want to put a, brush guard in front of the solar panels, could use fence or some kinda wiring just to protect it from sticks coming down in the wind

They used to eat crow in England a lot a few centuries ago. Remember the nursery rhyme that went '4 and 20 blackbirds all in a row. -
