What rod are you using on that Stella. Im from Cali and most of the rods we use cannot bend like that, they snap from high sticking in a second unless its a glass rod. Our yellowtail which are part of the amber jack family fight good but sadly dont get that big. Average would be around 20-25 lbs but are still fun to fight. We catch them on surface irons which are basically cast aluminum lures averaging 3-4 oz. they kick from side to side because of the way theyre made. We use 9-10 foot rods to cast anywhere from 20-80 yds. Most use straight 40 lb mono. Itd be so cool to see a crossover, meaning west coast style fishing collides with the east coast and vice versa. Id really like to see if the fish act the same way, from two different oceans. Thanks

This is the sickest video I have seen you post That type of fishing is just like skipping a Roberts Ranger across the surface for 10+ pound bluefish. Intense explosions as they keep chasing it before hooking up and then your arms tiring out. And bluefish are so aggressive, they will even hit that fried chicken or a weighted tin can.

Josh I have a question, why do most baitcast and offshore, deep sea reels tend to have the handle to to the right instead of the left? Im asking because Im right handed and I own baitcasters that I have to Reel with my right hand
