Big Bass Fishing with the Boss

A quick afternoon trip with the boss turned into a big bass fest as we encountered much bigger bass than were thinking about on the way to the lake. I few fish came on spinnerbaits, but the really big ones came from flipping craw baits into heavy shoreline cover around secondary points. The bait had to be paused for several seconds before getting bit. I think the heavy winds and low pressure got these big bass into feeding mode before moving up to spawn in the warm and dirty shallow water in the backs or coves and creeks. Easy way to get out of work - Go fishing with the Boss! Those were some nice size fish. I did notice most of them had quite radish scrapes and bruises as if they had lived a hard life! At least you did your part by getting them back into the water as always! Good stuff - Thumbs up!

I was feeling good about my 5 lb. 9 oz. that I caught this morning, then come home to watch you put THREE in the boat bigger than that. Great video Justin.
Note to self. Remember to plant monsters on secondary points before taking boss out on boat.

why do all the fish have like cutts or red spots on them first fish at 1: 06 second fish at 2: 25 and third fish at 4: 10 they all have marks on them?
