A Very Interesting Fishing Day

This is one of the most interesting days of fishing I've ever had! The saltwater canals of Florida were full of all kinds of fish! We caught everything from barracuda to stingray and even saw some manatee swimming by the boat while throwing a cast net for bait. Then we went to an interesting fishing hole where both freshwater and saltwater fishing combine. Largemouth bass and tilapia were hanging out under docks and trees right where the snook were! Blacktiph landed one of the rarest fish ever, a gar fish that was completely black. I caught my first snook fishing around a dock, it wasn't a big fish but it was good times. The fish I've been hunting for my whole life is, the redfin pickerel. They're a little smaller than a chain pickerel. Idk if they're specific to my area, ( southern NJ ) or what but I think they're decently rare everywhere.

Ok, the guy going nuts over the gar is hilarious. Around here (Arkansas) we get mad when one ends up on the end of our line. Take that guy to the Trinity River in Texas for some real gar fishing!
