Absolute CHAOS! EPIC Fishing FAIL With A HIGHLY PRIZED Game Fish

Chris and I were sight fishing for permit while fishing the Florida keys bridges, when absolute chaos struck! I hooked up landed my big permit, and while unhooking it, Chris got hooked up as well. I run over with the net, lower it down and the net Disappears! This was an epic fishing fail and lot was at stake, with a permit still on the line. We snagging it next, that failed, . I then ran about a 1/4 mile down the bridge and luckily find someone with a bridge gaff which is common on piers and bridges. We were freaking out, as permit are a saltwater species that are regarded as a highly prized game fish. All in all it was one of the best fishing trips to the keys and we ended it with some key lime pie on a stick! Catch and Cook video to come soon!

landshark fishing awesome video. What was your terminal tackle set up on the Saragosa? Braid to Mono? Swivel? What pound test?

ive fished there its pretty awesome, except if you need to haul up a huge fish without a net or that grappling hook thing ahah
