Hahahahaha Too funny: -) i caught my 1st sand Tile on June 27th on Capt. Stacy's out NC. But, they weren't calling them Sand Tiles they were calling them Slippery Dicks (PAUSE) so i ask them as you should too) if they had ate any slippery dicks before(snickering) any hoo, i actually steaked them and cooked up with Blackened seasoning, AWSOME! Sand Tile fish (slippery Dick PAUSE)are added to the menu

OMG! I wrote down your sweet and sour recipe. We ate it tonight with some King Mackerel we caught today. Absolutely amazing! My kids even loved it! BTW, I bought all of the ingredients prior to fishing this morning. We caught king mackerel for the first time today. My husband now wants me to buy ingredients for a grouper recipe so that when we go out tomorrow we will catch a grouper, hahaha.

Please after you take the fillet off with rib bones learn to scoop around them use the ribs as a gaurd and simply scoop them out, you guy think theres not much meat there but I assure you what you waste is alot. not just you I watch many of the guys in Florida do the same thing on these posts.

Great video! I think i caught a couple of those sand tile fish in mexico but they called it a banana fish. Do you know if a banana fish is the same thing as a sand tile fish or is it another fish?

In Australia we have tomato sauce and tomato ketchup. They are verry similar but almost everyone has tomato sauce. The classic Australian snack is the meat pie with tomato sauce
