I wish more people would cook their catch this way (while, all parts. My heart sinks every time I come back from an open charter and I see the fish carcass tossed after they've been quick-filleted.

I like your bait fishing clips a lot! I go out on the coast here in Oregon for crab but not sure what to use other than maybe a jig off the bottom lol. Good videos too!
