I was catching huge ones in Costa Rica on topwaters at night between offshore trips from the rocks. I think I had more fun catching those cubera on poppers than going offshore. They are so strong, run for the rocks just a mean down and dirty fight. I had one literally bend the hook. Freaking scary in a good way long bomb casts can't see lure, just chug and pop then hear that kapooosh and get tight. Best thing in the world. Beautiful fish.

Awesome man. We do most of our kayak fishing in Dubai using those deep diving trolling lures. Catches almost everything from cobia to king mackerel to groupers, cuda, queenfish, and jigging with small 40 gram jigs when we are not trolling. Always a pleasure to see you guys catching huge fish from kayaks

Just wondering, when you catch a fish youre keeping for food or something, how do you, for lace of a better term, kill them. Ive seen people smash them on a rock, or smack their head, or just throw them in an ice chest. How do you do it?
